Thoughts are things When you focus on the things you don’t want such as anxiety, fear and stress and the negative feelings you experience then it will create those same problems in your future. If you spend time thinking about how you can’t find love, the signal you are sending out to the Universe is that you can’t find love. Therefore you won’t find it or it will be difficult to find it. So if you’re thinking why am I always anxious, why does this always happen to me, it works the same way. The signal you’re putting out is that you’re anxious and those “things” will just keep happening to you. Our thoughts are powerful and what we think and feel is what we create. What is the problem. 99% of the harm is caused in our heads by ourselves and our thoughts. 1% of the harm is caused by reality, by what actually happens and the outcome. So many times when clients come to see me about something and we get chatting or we do Silent Counselling we realise that what they think is the problem isn’t actually the problem. It’s the way we think about the problem that’s the problem. I had a client come to me for a flying phobia, which when we delved into it we actually found out it was from being stuck in a strange country and living in a small room with only a tiny window.
